Account Registration

To use Community Hive, you must:

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Pricing is per unit per month and varies by plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).

Payment

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Community Hive and all related intellectual property remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from platform use.

No Warranty

Community Hive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

•Violate these Terms of Service
•Fail to pay subscription fees
•Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
•Pose a security risk to our platform or users

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Community Hive after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
